Many lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) individuals seek out treatment for depression and anxiety, however, these common mental health conditions may actually be masking a deeper problem rooted in the development of a secure LGBT+ identity.
I offer comprehensive, affirmative LGBT+ counselling to any lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, etc individuals, as well as compassionate emotional support and guidance.
I strive to create a highly confidential, judgement-free space, allowing you to express your feelings and openly discuss any potential problems you may be facing.
Through my training and experience, I have become highly skilled in working with young people and adults who identify as LGBT+, as well as their partners and families.
